Our Managing Director is an inspiration to many Filipinos in the GCC. He is an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) turned into an Overseas Filipino Entrepreneur (OFE) who has lived a  grateful life in the land of unlimited opportunities, Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, for the past 17 years and counting…  

His growing success collaborates with hard work, education, and rich experiences—a Certified Human Resources Professional and a Certified ISO Quality Management System – Lead Auditor.  

From his humble beginnings, Mr Aguilar is a breed of a family of teachers. He is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) and a PRC-LET Board Exam top-notcher. He earned his Post Baccalaureate in Teacher Education from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila in 2005, where he developed his pedagogical skills and passion for education and training.  

In 2005, he started his career as a Human Resources professional and rose to the position of Human Resources Director in Dubai's contracting, technology and hospitality industries. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to be the Executive Director of JCA International Consultants since 2015 and the Founder/Managing Partner of The Learning Place Global Education in the UAE – the brand carrier of Instant Reader™ Program covering the areas of Dubai and the Northern Emirates.      

He is the Co-founder and Executive Director of TLPGE Tutorial Center in Tarlac, Philippines, an affiliate support centre of Instant Reader™ Program and The Learning Place School in the Philippines. Concurrently, he is the Administration Representative of The Learning Place International School in the Middle East region.

He holds two Bachelor's Degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science minor in History, Cum Laude from Arellano University-Manila, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Cum Laude from CAP College Foundation Inc., Makati. Both are remarkable successes.

Adding more value to his accomplishments, he received President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's Presidential Leadership Award in 2003 at Malacanang Palace, Philippines. Complimenting his totality, he has been an active leader and volunteer to the programs of the Filipino Community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates for over a decade.

With his continuing professional development, he finished his Post Graduate Diploma Qualifi Level 7 in Business Strategy from North Wales Business School in the United Kingdom. He holds three master's degrees, a Master of Business Administration with merit from Glyndwr University, United Kingdom, a Master in Management in Educational Management from the Philippine Christian University-Manila, and a Master in Tourism Management from Rome Business School, Italy.

He is currently pursuing his doctorate degree in business administration from an International University.
